PREVIEW (PREVention Information and Early Warning)
PREVIEW will develop information services for assets mapping, risk mapping, risk monitoring, risk forecasting and awareness and damage assessment for the following types of hazards:

PREVIEW proposes to proceed with successive batches of risks depending on their impact at European level, on the maturity of new research results, on the priority given by Civil Protections and of the project programmatic envelop.
The geophysical cluster is coordinated by Telespazio and intends to develop new mitigation and management strategies for risks linked to the volcano activity, earthquakes and landslides, using differential interferometry SAR (DIFSAR), ground and atmospheric parameters retrieved from multispectral and hyperspectral optical sensors (ASTER, MODIS;AVHRR;HYPERION and MERIS) integrated with ground based remote sensing instruments (COSPEC and FTIR) and ground geophysical networks (GPS, SEISMIC).
