The Shareholders Meeting of Shareholders
of Telespazio Holding (Finmeccanica: 67%;
Thales: 33%) held on 31 July 2008 appointed
Bruno Rambaud as Chairman
of the new Board of Directors.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of
Telespazio Holding held today (1 August)
confirmed Giuseppe Veredice
as the company’s CEO. The other members
of the Board of Directors are Raynald Seznec,
Giancarlo Grasso, Luigi Pasquali, Giovanni
Soccodato and Giuseppe Viriglio. |
The General Meeting of Shareholders of Telespazio
SpA held on 31 July 2008 appointed Giuseppe
Viriglio as Chairman of the new
Board of Directors.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of
Telespazio SpA held today (1 August) confirmed
Giovanni Garofalo as Vice-Chairman
and Giuseppe Veredice as
CEO for the period 2008-2010. The other
members of the Board of Directors of Telespazio
SpA are Giampiero Pelle and Guido Rivolta.
