links and VPN solutions with all the advantages
of broadband connectivity also where there
are not terrestrial infrastructure.

FullSAT Middle East is based on two main
elements:
• Remote terminal:
It is composed by an Outdoor (ODU) and Indoor
unit (IDU). The ODU is an antenna dish ranging
from 96 cm. trough 1.8 m diameters (1.2
m is the standard), radio frequency external
unit; IDU is a satellite modem-router designed
to be connected directly to LAN trough Ethernet
10/100 BaseT ; 8 pin RJ 45 Jack interface.
The FullSAT terminal handles high-speed
internet access of “PCs client” on a local
area network, allowing navigation on a guaranteed
bandwidth.
• Network Control
Center: It is an ISP and makes
sure the interconnection between the satellite
Network and Internet resources. Further
NCC will act as a single Fault Reporting
Centre H24/7Day-week. NCC is located at
Fucino “Piero Fanti” Space Centre, the most
important European teleport accessible via
approximately 80 POP distributed throughout
Italy.

Eutelsat, Skylogic and Telespazio.

This service is designed to fast Internet Access on shared bandwidth to mid and small business company, Internet cafés, schools, and Public Administration any time and anywhere within the satellite coverage:
• internet Browsing (HTTP)
• mailing (SMTP)
• File transfer (FTP)
• (VPN)
• Voice over IP (VoIP)
The satellite router can be directly connected to the Client LAN through Ethernet RJ45 port.
Three Grade of Services are available with different peak speed and minimum guaranteed bandwidth to cover all the needs and uses.

Satellite bandwidth is dynamically assigned to remote terminals according to the demands. The sharing grade is designed by Telespazio to guarantee highest performance optimisation.
On request basis additional ISP services may be supplied.
FullSAT Middle East GoS are on “flat” price basis that include Help Desk and maintenance services.

IP Corporate Services can be with speed from 64Kb/s to 640 kb/s in Up stream (remote to Hub) and with speed up to 8 Mb/s in down stream (Hub to remote).
